Ordering / Payment / Shipping
If a product I am looking to order is on BACKORDER, when will I be charged?
If you are paying by credit card, your card will be authorized at the time the backorder is placed and funds will not be captured until the product is ready to ship. If paying by PayPal, you will be charged by PayPal at the time the backorder is placed.
Could I pick up my order?
Yes, we allow pickups from our showroom/pickup location on the west side of LA. Please note we do not allow pickups directly from any of our warehouses, pickups can only be arranged at our designated pickup locations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Transit time all depends on the shipping method you choose. Our free shipping service is UPS Ground for packages and USPS for smaller mailers. Please reach out by chat, email, or phone for a transit time quote for your order.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payment by credit or debit card, PayPal, bank account (e-Check) and cash (pickups only). Credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In addition to these methods, we offer QuickSpark financing. For more information on financing please click “Financing” at the very top of this page.
How soon will my order ship?
Here at Advexure we are known for our extremely fast order processing times and we like to keep it that way. In stock orders placed before 4pm PST M-F are guaranteed to ship the same day.
If I am ordering a product available by PRE-ORDER when will you charge my credit card?
At times following new product releases, Advexure will make new products available for pre-order. When paying by credit card, your card will be authorized at the time the pre-order is placed and funds will not be captured until the product is ready to ship. If paying by PayPal, you will be charged by PayPal at the time the order is placed.
