As one of the longest serving DJI dealers in North America, Advexure is a select partner offering DJI Certified Repair Service for DJI aerial drones. Advexure techs operate in-house and are DJI Certified technicians, our techs have been fully trained through DJI repair facility programs and are fully certified by DJI directly. With our commitment to a high level of service, Advexure offers top-notch DJI drone repair services that are timely, reliable, and safe. Advexure offers the following drone repair and maintenance services: Inspire 2 Repair, Phantom 4 Pro Repair, Mavic Pro Repair, Matrice 200 Maintenance, Matrice 600 Maintenance. How Our Drone Repair Services Work

STEP 1: CRASH YOUR DRONE.

Oh no! You've crashed or seriously damaged your drone unit. Never fear, Advexure specialists are here.

STEP 2: REQUEST REPAIR.

Request a repair ticket by filling out the form below. Please give us a brief descrip- tion of your incident and what you believe is wrong with the unit.

STEP 3: INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT.

Your repair request has been received! One of our service technicians will email you shortly with further instructions on how to submit your unit into the Advexure Repair Facility.

STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR DRONE.

If you agree to submit your drone for repair, you will agree to pay a $50 diag- nostic fee, which is applied to the total overall cost of your repair if you decide you'd like us to proceed.

STEP 5: ESTIMATE REPAIR COST.

Once we've received yout drone, we will perform a repair diagnosis and quotation to estimate the cost of your repair.

STEP 6: PROCEEDING WITH REPAIR.

After receiving our repair estimate, you decide whether or not to proceed with repair. We prefer you give us a written confirmation via email at repairs@advex- ure.com to proceed with repair. If you do not want to proceed with repair, you will be charged $50 for the repair diagnosis.

STEP 7: REPAIR COMPLETE.

Once the repair is complete and your unit is reassembled, inspected, flight tested, and cleaned, we will send you another email with a PayPal invoice to pay online, or if you'd prefer, we will reach out to pro- cess payment over the phone.

STEP 8: PAY YOUR INVOICE.

After we have received payment on your outstanding repair charges, we will imme- diately process your repair unit for ship- ment once we receive the appropriate shipping information from you.

STEP 9: WE RETURN YOUR DRONE.

We ship the unit back to you in good working condition so you can continue flying!
