1. 2.5D Base Map is a 2D map overlaid with elevation data.
2. In a windless environment, a RGB Cloud Map of 1.5 k㎡ in a single flight, at a flight altitude of 150 m, and GSD of 23 cm or an infrared Cloud Map of 0.6 k㎡ in a single flight, at a flight altitude of 150 m, and a GSD of 20 cm.
3. FlightHub 2 On-Premises Version features consistent usage with FlightHub 2 in project creation, device management, online project information, device status window, virtual cockpit, DJI AirSense, map annotations, map photos, 3D model management, 2D model management, custom flight areas, data synchronization, flight route creation, waypoint route editing, area route editing, slope route editing, geometric route editing, single-dock tasks, multi-dock tasks, and media file library. This makes it easy to get started with a minimal learning curve.
4. Data Consumption Order: For example, if a user has purchased both the professional version and a livestream recharge package, the livestream minutes provided within the professional version will be consumed first. The same applies to real-time mapping.
5. Free quota (livestream minutes, number of mapping images, and cloud storage space) will be allocated based on the purchased plan of the organization to which the device is initially bound. If the device is unbound from the initial organization and bound to a new organization, the free quota will still be based on the initial organization and will not be reallocated according to the new organization. Please plan the organization for your device in advance.

Basics & Compatibility
What is DJI FlightHub 2?
FlightHub 2 is DJI’s cloud-based drone operations management platform, designed for real-time mission oversight, live streaming, collaboration, cloud mapping, and more. It’s primarily intended for enterprise and public safety operations.
Which drones and payloads are supported?
Officially supported devices include the Matrice 30 Series (M30/M30T), Matrice 300 RTK, Matrice 350 RTK, Mavic 3 Enterprise Series (Mavic 3E and 3T), and DJI Dock systems. Zenmuse H20 Series payloads are supported. Other payloads and consumer drones may have limited or no functionality.
Plans, Pricing & Free Quotas
What are the main differences between FlightHub 2 Pro and the free version?
FlightHub 2 Pro ($999/year) offers unlimited projects, increased storage (500 GB), and higher or unlimited livestream quotas. The free version limits you to 5 projects, 5 GB storage, and fewer livestream minutes.
What free quotas do I get when binding a new device (drone or dock)?
According to DJI’s latest policy, each newly bound device may grant a one-time quota of 5,000 livestream minutes, 3,000 mapping images, and 100 GB of storage. These typically expire after 3–6 months. Additional binds do not compound further free minutes if the organization has already redeemed a quota.
I’ve seen references to “20,000 streaming minutes per dock.” Are they still valid?
That figure reflects an older policy. The new system generally provides 5,000 minutes per device (with expiration). Some enterprises with older agreements may still have the 20,000-minute allowance, but new binds typically follow the updated quota rule.
Is FlightHub 2 Pro billed per device?
No. One annual FlightHub 2 Pro subscription covers your entire organization, including multiple docks and aircraft.
What if I exceed the included livestream minutes?
You can purchase Livestream Recharge Packages (e.g., $259 for 10,000 minutes) that do not expire. These are applied whenever you surpass your included quota.
Features & Functions
What does FlightHub 2’s cloud mapping feature offer?
It allows you to quickly generate 2D or 3D overviews from captured images, helping with immediate situational awareness. However, for high-precision or large-scale mapping, most users rely on specialized photogrammetry software.
Can I upload photos from my computer directly into FlightHub 2?
Generally, you upload media through DJI Pilot 2 or DJI Dock workflows. Direct “drag-and-drop” from a computer is currently not supported for cloud mapping tasks.
Does FlightHub 2 support multiple payload streams or audio in livestreams?
It supports only the FPV camera and the current gimbal payload feed. Audio is not available. Dual-gimbal streaming (e.g., two payload feeds simultaneously) is not fully supported yet.
Can I control the drone remotely or adjust gimbal angles in FlightHub 2?
Some enterprise drones support limited remote operation (e.g., Virtual Cockpit), but many consumer-level models do not. Check official documentation for drone-specific capabilities.
Does FlightHub 2 record flight logs?
Full flight log recording or synchronization is currently not supported. You may still retrieve logs from your drone or controller directly for more comprehensive log data.
Data Security & Deployment
Where is my FlightHub 2 data stored?
FlightHub 2 uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, primarily in Virginia, USA. DJI employs TLS encryption, WAF (Web Application Firewall), and ISO27001/27017/27018 certifications to secure data.
Is there an on-premises version for private deployment?
Yes. DJI offers FlightHub 2 On-Premises in select regions, letting you host data locally for maximum control. Availability and pricing may vary based on location and release schedules.
Troubleshooting & Known Issues
Why aren’t my photos uploading to FlightHub 2?
Ensure you’ve updated your drone/controller firmware, enabled media upload in DJI Pilot 2, and have a stable internet connection. Also confirm that your payload (e.g., Zenmuse H20) is supported. If issues persist, try re-linking your DJI account or resetting network settings.
Why can’t I see the drone’s real-time flight path on the FlightHub 2 map?
If connectivity is weak or the map doesn’t auto-refresh, try zooming out or re-centering. Verify sufficient bandwidth on the controller side and confirm live location sharing is enabled in the Pilot 2 settings.
My cloud mapping results look low resolution. Is this normal?
FlightHub 2’s built-in mapping is geared for quick previews rather than in-depth surveys. For detailed orthomosaics or 3D models, consider using third-party photogrammetry tools (e.g., DroneDeploy, Pix4D, Metashape).
Roadmap & Advanced Integrations
Will consumer drones like Mavic 3 (non-Enterprise) be fully supported?
DJI has not announced any official support for non-Enterprise drones within FlightHub 2. The platform currently focuses on enterprise-grade hardware.
Can I import or export waypoint missions to other apps?
Some community-built tools allow KMZ file conversion between enterprise and consumer missions. DJI does not officially provide mission transfer between FlightHub 2 and DJI Fly or third-party apps.
