Are the Raptor-series drones compatible with any docking stations (drone-in-a-box)?
Not currently, no.
What does the pilot app for the Raptor-series drones look like?
The Raptor-series flight app has been developed with Aloft. The Air Control app has additional features lending itself to safety and compliance, but the flight experience and menus are very similar to leading flight apps.
Can the Raptor-series drones be used for photogrammetry?
The payloads on the Raptor-series drones are great for photogrammetry missions. We are currently in development on advanced flight planning to make image capture easier for photogrammetry, and expect this development to be part of an app update sometime in June. We are also working with a leading third-party photogrammetry software company to add more capabilities.
Are all the features of the hardware available without signing up for Aloft?
It is not required to sign up for Air Control to fly and capture data with your Raptor-series drones. Signing up for Aloft will enable different enterprise features that assist with pilot and fleet management, and live streaming, but is not necessary for operating Anzu Robotics products.

Yes, this is part of Aloft’s enterprise version of Air Control. People within your organization can access your dashboard that shows four feeds from different drones at once. You can also provide a URL to individuals outside of your organization to bring in more stakeholders and expertise during your missions.
Will there be any fleet management software available with Anzu Robotics drones?
Yes, but this is part of Aloft’s enterprise version of Air Control. From there you can do a variety of things that fully support a mature drone program.

When Anzu Robotics finalized the licensing agreement, they were provided a version of custom firmware as a snapshot in time. That firmware was then housed on Aloft’s servers for development and can’t be accessed or modified by anyone else. The flight dynamics of the drones were not redeveloped, so you’re getting world-class performance benefitting from more than a decade of aerial robotics R&D. They have taken the necessary measures to ensure that anything on our drones is void of data security vulnerabilities
Where are repairs for Anzu Robotics drones conducted?
The repair of our drones will be conducted through approved repair centers.
How does the warranty process of Anzu Robotics products work?
The Raptor-series drones carry a one year warranty for any manufacture defects. Once Anzu receive notice of your incident, they will provide a shipping label and determine the cause of incident and anything that needs to be done to bring your drone back to full function. In some cases this is done by replacement and repair and other times with a full swap of your unit with a new one.
