DJI's Care Enterprise plan comes standard with all enterprise/commercial drone systems and provides additional support and coverage in case of accidents or damages, to use Care Enterprise, the aircraft must be recovered to be sent into DJI for replacement. Care Enterprise for the Mavic 3 Thermal is available in three (3) options:
Basic (1-Year): Provides one (1) year of coverage against damage caused by user error. The plan offers up to two (2) replacements within the year of coverage. The replacement fee for the first replacement is $320, while the second replacement fee is $349. Care Enterprise Basic on the Mavic 3 Thermal can be renewed after the first year for one (1) additional year and has a renewal fee of $449. In year two (2), users have one replacement option with a replacement fee of $320. Care Enterprise cannot be renewed beyond two (2) years.
Basic (2-Year): Provides two (2) years of coverage against damage caused by user error. The plan offers up to three (3) replacements within the two (2) years of coverage. The replacement fee for the first replacement is $320, the second replacement fee is $349, and the third replacement fee is $349. Care Enterprise cannot be renewed beyond the original two (2) year plan.
Plus (1-Year): Provides one (1) year of coverage against damage caused by user error. The Plus plan offers unlimited aircraft replacements within the coverage amount for the one (1) year period of the coverage plan. Plus coverage can also be "pooled" or shared amongst a fleet, if all platforms are purchased with Plus and bound together in the same 30-day period. Care Enterprise Plus on the Mavic 3 Thermal can be renewed after the first year for one (1) additional year and has a renewal fee of $1,199 which provides an additional one (1) year coverage amount of $4,999.

Everyone who knows drones knows that the DJI Mavic 3t is one of, if not the best thermal drone on the market in its price range. Couple that with the available 3rd party software options, and it’s likely the very best. That being said, this review is focused on Advexure, not the drone. When I purchased the drone, the website said it was in stock. Apparently about the same time I purchased it, someone else bought the last one as well. They got the drone, I was going to have to wait. When I called Advexure and explained to them that I have to have a drone for a project in Florida and I ordered it because it was in stock, they stepped up to the plate! The sent me a loaner of the exact same drone, including extra batteries. It was ready to go the moment it arrived and they were kind enough to let me keep it until the back ordered drone came in, about 2 weeks later. Moving forward, if this company sells it, I’ll order it from them. In a day and age when everyone pursues price / sales above all else, Advexuren stepped up and provided awesome service! That goes a long way in my book! Thank you guys for all you did! You are now at the top of my Christmas card list!
